A history that holds up.
Records are append-mostly. A correction writes a new entry pointing at the old one, so nothing is quietly rewritten — which matters the day an insurer asks when a condition was first seen.

Privacy

Households are separated by the database itself, one layer below the app. A bug in our code cannot show you someone else’s records, because the rows are never returned.
